Every Avenro order ships with tracking. Here's how to follow yours.
Where to find your tracking number
You'll receive two emails from us:
- Order confirmation — sent straight after you order, confirming what you bought.
- Shipping confirmation — sent when your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner, containing your tracking number and a link to follow it.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so the second email usually arrives a day or two after the first.
If you can't find either email, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us — that's where they usually end up.
Tracking says nothing yet
This is normal. It can take a few days after dispatch before the carrier scans your parcel into their system and the tracking page starts updating.
If your tracking still shows nothing five days after you received the shipping email, email us and we'll chase it.
How long delivery takes
We ship directly from our fulfilment partners rather than holding stock in a warehouse, which is how we keep our prices where they are. Expect 7–12 days from dispatch.
Customs processing, carrier backlogs and weather can occasionally add a few days. Your tracking page is the most up-to-date source.
Part of my order arrived, the rest hasn't
Items in the same order sometimes ship separately from different warehouses, each with its own tracking number. The remaining items usually follow within 2–5 business days.
My order hasn't arrived
If it has been more than 20 days since your shipping confirmation and your parcel still hasn't arrived, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if it can't be found, arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll sort out a replacement, reshipment or refund, and we cover the return cost.
